Synopsis:

The Skills Development Act (SDA) was developed in response to the demand for redress and equity which came into being as a result of the impact of apartheid. Due to apartheid many people in South Africa lived in poverty or were unemployment. In order to correct this imbalance of the past, the Skills development Act aimed to develop learning to the demands of the world of work
